Who We Are

A Dutch couple with a passion for real estate, service and quality.

We are Silvion and Asha, a driven Dutch couple who, after many years of experience in the Netherlands, made a conscious decision to start a new chapter in sunny Spain.

Here on the beautiful Costa Blanca, we use our expertise to provide full-service property and rental management for holiday homeowners. With a strong sense of hospitality, a practical mindset, and attention to detail, we help property owners enjoy their investment without stress or hassle.

We live locally on the Costa Blanca South, and we understand first-hand the needs and concerns of other homeowners in the region. Whether your property is a second home or a rental investment, we help you manage it with peace of mind, even when you're not here.

Silvion

Property Care & Operations

Silvion brings over a decade of experience in financial administration at PwC, combined with years of independent work in the construction sector. He specialises in kitchen installations and small-scale renovations, including bathrooms, ceilings and pre-installation work.

In Amsterdam, he successfully flipped several properties, buying, renovating, and selling homes for profit. His unique combination of technical skills, financial insight and entrepreneurial mindset makes him a solid partner in every aspect of property management.

Asha

Hospitality & Client Relations

Asha brings over a decade of experience as an Executive Assistant at three of the Big Four firms, most recently at PwC, supporting senior partners with complex scheduling, travel arrangements and high-level stakeholder communication.

For the past eight years, she has served as Office Manager at an investment firm, overseeing daily operations and acting as the trusted point of contact for owners and external partners. Her precision, hospitality and operational excellence make her the ideal frontline of Gold Key Management.
