Who We Are

A Dutch couple with a passion for real estate, service and quality.

We are Silvion and Asha, a driven Dutch couple who, after many years of experience in the Netherlands, made a conscious decision to start a new chapter in sunny Spain.

Here on the beautiful Costa Blanca, we use our expertise to provide full-service property and rental management for holiday homeowners. With a strong sense of hospitality, a practical mindset, and attention to detail, we help property owners enjoy their investment without stress or hassle.

We live locally on the Costa Blanca South, and we understand first-hand the needs and concerns of other homeowners in the region. Whether your property is a second home or a rental investment, we help you manage it with confidence, even when you're not here.

Silvion

Property Care & Operations

Silvion brings more than ten years of experience in financial administration at PwC, combined with years of hands-on work in construction and property improvement.

As the owner of his own installation business, he specialised in kitchen installations and small-scale renovations, including bathrooms, ceilings and preparatory installation work. Over the years, he has developed a strong eye for detail, practical problem-solving and property maintenance.

Alongside his technical background, Silvion has personally been involved in purchasing, renovating and improving residential properties in Amsterdam. His combination of financial insight, practical experience and entrepreneurial mindset forms an important foundation within Gold Key Management.

Asha

Hospitality & Client Relations

Asha has built her career around organisation, communication and hospitality-focused service.

She spent more than ten years working as an Executive Assistant within international professional environments, including PwC, where she supported senior professionals in high-level scheduling, communication and operational coordination.

For the past eight years, she has worked as Office Manager within an investment company, overseeing daily operations and serving as a trusted point of contact for clients, owners and external partners.

Her calm and organised approach, combined with a strong focus on guest experience and communication, plays a central role in the day-to-day service standards of Gold Key Management.
