How does the 15-20% commission work? +
We take a percentage of each booking made through our management. The exact rate depends on your property type and the services included. The remainder goes directly to your bank account. There are no hidden fees. Alternatively, you can opt for a fixed €249/month rate.
What's the difference between monthly fee and commission? +
The Peace of Mind package charges a flat €59/month regardless of rental activity, as it's designed for non-rental properties. The Worry-Free Hosting package uses a commission model (15-20% per booking) so you only pay more when you earn more. Alternatively, you can choose the fixed €249/month rate.
Can I still use my property myself? +
Absolutely. Your property is yours. Block any dates you like. We just ask for reasonable notice so we can plan cleaning and logistics around your visit.
What if something breaks or gets damaged? +
We notify you immediately and coordinate repair with your approval. For damage caused by guests, we assist with reporting and claim procedures via the booking platform's insurance or deposit.
How do I receive my rental income? +
Income is transferred directly to your bank account by the booking platforms (Airbnb, Booking.com, etc.). We never hold your money.
How quickly can my property go live? +
On average two weeks. Week 1: property inspection, photo shoot, listing texts and pricing setup. Week 2: listings live on all platforms. First bookings often come in within days.
