Can I still use my property for personal stays? +
Absolutely. Your property remains yours. You can block any dates you wish at any time. We simply ask for reasonable advance notice so that we can plan cleaning and logistics around your stay.
What happens if something goes wrong at the property? +

For guest-caused damage, we coordinate reporting and claim procedures through the booking platform's resolution process.
